The bedroom is very spacious and has a large east facing bay window and another south facing window which makes the room light and bright.

 

 

 

There are two 3’ single beds which  can be separated or comfortably linked to make a super king size bed. 

There is a TV  and clock radio in the bedroom, and a chest of drawers and a wardrobe to store your clothes.  When booking please specify how you would like the beds for your holiday.

The main living room/kitchen has a sofa bed with a sprung mattress (the most 

comfortable we could find and yes, we tried them all!) so the flat can sleep up to four people.  There is a TV with freeview and a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs and a radio/CD player. There is a dining table and four chairs, the table easily extends giving more space if needed.you would like the beds for your holiday.

On the baker’s shelves there is a file with everything you will need, instructions for the dishwasher, cooker etc and a list of local places to visit and details of lovely walks. We have mounted an OS map of the area on the wall in the hall, and there is also a spare OS map to borrow for your walk if it helps.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher (tablets under the sink), gas hob and electric fan oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a supply of tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen and a few things to start you off, olive oil, pepper and salt etc.  We have tried to think of everything, but if you stay with us and you have any suggestions we would love to hear about them.

The bathroom is fully tiled with WC, bath with shower over, hand-wash basin and mirror with shaving point.

 

 

The flat has gas fired central heating. Sheets are provided, and a bath mat and tea towel, but you will need to bring your own bath towels. The flat is accessed by a flight of 18 stairs, there is no lift in the building.

We have secured an off-street, reserved parking space less than 4 minutes walk from the flat for use during the high season which is included in the cost of the flat. During the winter season there is free parking on the streets adjacent to the flat.
